Banana Cupcakes With Nutella Frosting

I changed a few things.  I doubled the recipe and it made 24 cupcakes.  I tripled the frosting to make sure I had enough to do a toper.  I am not a professional so they are not too fancy.  I cut the baking powder and baking soda in 1/2 due to the altitude in Utah.  I use sea salt instead of Kosher salt.  These cupcakes were delicious.  My husband loved them.  I took them to work and everyone loved them.  They said they were dense, almost like banana bread.  A great combo with the cupcake and frosting.  I will make these again.



Baking Fun

I love to Bake...Cupcake's especially.  There is something about that little cake with frosting that is perfection to me.  I have so many recipes on Pinterest that I have saved that I want to try and share with the others and let them know if they are good or not.  I am going to share the recipes that I try and if they are a success or not.  Also, I will share if I make adjustments or not.  I live in Utah so I always have to adjust the baking powder or else I will be making volcanos.  Not much fun to share with others.  Enjoy reading and baking.
